Located at the border of the old city and the forest, our tiny studio offers easy access to the old city buzz but also to the peacefulness of the forest and wildlife surrounding the house. The studio is located in a historic mansion build by A Saxon family at the beginning of the 20th century. Keeping original elements of the house, like the fireplace and not only, our studio is also equipped with everything needed to make your stay easy and pleasant.

It's 5 minutes walking to the railstation/center and at the base of mountain trails to Postavaru and Diham. It is perfect for 1 family with 2 kids or 2 couples. Near Old Town, the apartment are 82 m, very sunny and bright, just 10 minutes away from square Piazza Mare and 10 minutes also from Promenade Mall Shopping, safe parking in the front. The apartment has furnished rooms, equipped kitchen and a bathroom, the bedroom has a queen- size bed and a wardrobe. Work space, free WI-FI access- you can work from home and Netflix .
