Central San Rafael studio near downtown, SF, Napa

This lovely studio is a short drive (or walk) to downtown San Rafael, about 20 minutes from San Francisco, and about 30-40 minutes from Napa and Sonoma. We are located on a hill in a safe and quiet neighborhood with lots of trees and walking trails nearby. Please note: The road to our house from the main street (Lincoln Avenue) is 1/3 of a mile and is narrow and winding. There is also some light freeway noise. There is plenty of street parking (no restrictions) in front of the house.

Pet Friendly San Anselmo property in the hills

Looking to get close to nature? Treat yourself to this hilly refuge. This place is a great option for folks wanting to combine working remotely with rest and relaxation. Hiking trails and bike routes originate in our neighborhood. Deer roam freely on the property, sometimes in small herds, and it's a great space for bird watching. The apartment sits on a sunny and rustic one-acre (mostly an all uphill acre) 14 miles North of San Francisco. Off-street parking. Pets welcome.

Beautiful Studio on lower level of our family home within walking distance to downtown San Rafael. Custom kitchen and bathroom with shower. The outdoor patio area is just for guests and is a great spot to sit in the evenings. Although we recommend a car - we are close to bus and ferry routes to San Francisco. Perfectly situated for hiking, mountain biking or trips to Napa Valley. Strictly no pets because of host’s allergies. There are stairs from street to the entrance.

Nestled in a canyon above San Anselmo, we're a twenty minute walk to downtown San Anselmo to the east and downtown Fairfax to the west. Miles of world-class hiking and biking trails right outside the door.

Secluded but central, cozy two room apartment, a minute's walk from downtown (restaurants and cafes literally around the corner) A private entrance, opens to a flower-filled patio. We have a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. There is a very comfortable queen bed and an ottoman that folds out to a roomy single bed.
