Beautiful Private Studio+ In Nature But Walkable

Your own pad in a beautiful, quiet setting across from a nice park, yet walking-distance to both downtown San Anselmo & Fairfax. French doors open to a large private deck. Views of a beautiful valley. This new addition is truly a full apartment. Not a basement - your unit is partly under us, but its main living space is not. Our place is great for folks who love the outdoors, music, small town charm. We are around the corner from a famous mountain bike trail. A 15-25 minute walk takes you from one end of our town to the other and includes an organic ice cream shop, a deluxe health food store, fab live music, brew pubs. Fairfax is a fun destination with boutiques, drop-in yoga, eclectic restaurants, and hundreds of cyclists touring through. Lots of hiking trails, too! Be aware: 10% hotel tax, 😞 Max stay: 6 days

Enjoy the peace and serenity of our sunny spacious studio, surrounded by nature, lovely view and sounds of "our" waterfall. Miles of hike/bike trails right out the door. 25 min to Pt Reyes Station, 45 to beaches or SF. Studio sleeps 4: Queen bed, comfy queen sofa bed, and optional quality air mattresses. Microwave/fridge for simple meals. Spacious yard and deck, shared with owners, hummingbirds, and other wildlife. No smoking on property please. Proof of complete covid vaccination required.

Welcome to your "nest-like" Casita (attached in-law w/private entry). We love sharing our home in the beautiful hills of San Anselmo, just 1/2- 2/3 mile up a narrow winding road, easy to navigate with our simple directions! A fairly secluded feel, surrounded by trees w/views of distant hills & easy access to both wonderful towns of Fairfax & San Anselmo. (3-5 min drive/25-30 min walk to either). San Quentin is a little-known gem of a historic town and will be a memorable place to stay, in part because of its famous prison!

Includes bedroom (king) with french doors, living room with pullout couch, a covered deck, and cooking area (see notes). Unwind when you arrive with a good book from our library and relax on the deck overlooking the many rolling hills of our breathtaking and wild neighborhood. :)
