I'm pleased to share my latest design after a two year renovation project! This finished basement has been totally renovated and designed with lots of great amenities! It features secure parking, a private entrance, brand new kitchenette area and private bathroom, dedicated workspace, LOTS of windows for natural lighting, a blackout curtain in the bedroom, and the entire ceiling has been soundproofed! Extra soundproofing has been used in the bedroom for added comfort and enjoyment!

Come stay at our suite on the best block in Petworth! Located on the border of ParkView, this suite is only 5 minutes walk from the Metro that will whisk you to all the DC's major attractions. You'll have a separate bedroom with soft, comfy queen bed, plenty of closet and dresser space. You'll have a living room with 42" HDTV and access to a wet bar, microwave and a coffee maker. If you want to get fresh air, our backyard patio is available for your use! And no ten step checkout!

This bright, spacious private studio has a walk-in closet, full kitchen, and access to a shared (with the owner) laundry room. The room has a queen bed and a desk workstation, and I can provide a twin air mattress upon request. Happy booking & welcome! PS 1. I ONLY provide guests with a virtual key (via the August app, which requires a smartphone with working Bluetooth/Wi-Fi). PS 2. The owner lives upstairs, and you can reach us for anything you need.
