With its own separate entrance the ground floor comprises of the double bedroom with separate shower room and another separate bathroom also. Situated in a desirable part of the town on a quiet no through road the accommodation comes with allocated off road parking. Gyllyngvase beach and Falmouth town centre are a 5 - 10 minute drive away and there are many national trust sites nearby. Both local beaches have lovely restaurants/cafes

The The National trust gardens Trebah /Glendurgen are 10 walking minutes from the house Golf course 1 minutes walk Busses are 5 walking minutes from the house They go to Falmouth and Truro The coastal path is 5 min. Bars restaurants are in the village The Ferry Boat inn is 5 walking minutes The Cove with the famously chef Michael Cains is 5 car minutes away

Regency Town House, Central Penzance Location

Elegant town house in quiet central location. 5 minute walk to Penzance town centre, Morrab Tropical Gardens, Penlee Gallery, historic Chapel Street and restaurants & pubs. A gentle walk takes you to the promenade and the Art Deco Jubilee Pool (with geothermal bathing pool). Newlyn with its fishing port, restaurants and pubs is a 15 minute walk along the prom. Sandy beaches such as Sennen and Porthcurno & stunning coves are within a short drive. The Train and Bus station are a 10 minute walk.

With views of the Roseland peninsula, we’re a short walk from the open countryside and Loe beach, popular with paddle boarders. There is a sauna on the beach, available to hire after a cold water swim. Truro ten minutes drive away, and the King Harry ferry, which takes you to the Roseland, is also a short drive/cycle. The west coast, with surfing beaches, is roughly a 30 minute drive. Continental breakfast provided if required. We have 3 cats!

Beautiful detached barn conversion, C.1800. South facing, enjoys the sun through out the day to early evening. Situated in a peaceful location with absolute privacy, its own garden with picnic table. Good sized decking area, perfect for breakfast outside in the early morning sunshine, or to enjoy a glass of wine in what is a gorgeous sun trap. Lavender barn is located on a now non working farm, surrounded by fields, meadows and woodland.

Lovely, large family home built in 1929, we have a Double room with private bathroom, on your own floor. Simple continental Breakfast included each morning. Private off road parking and WiFi. The house is set less than a 15 minute walk from the beach and a little further into the town, everything you need for your home away from home. We hope to welcome you soon. This is a small pretty terraced house 10/15 minutes walk to the town centre, Tate gallery restaurants, shops and beaches. The room is light and airy with a double bed, and smart TV. The bathroom is bright and contemporary, with electric shower and toiletries. Towels are provided. There is parking and a small sunny patio garden. I ONLY HOST Female guests. Check in anytime after 3pm.
