Comfortable guest suite near Penryn, sleeps 4

Set in a rural area just outside Penryn, our comfortable guest suite is on the first floor of our home. We are conveniently located between Falmouth and Truro. The accommodation provides plenty of space and can accommodate up to 4 people (king size bed plus a sofa bed). There is no kitchen, but a kettle, toaster and microwave are available. Guests will have their own key (accessible in a lockbox) and have their own entrance to the guest suite. There is plenty of parking available for guests.

Ground floor apartment by the sea & close to town

Newly appointed by experienced guest house owners, this 2 bed self contained apartment features its own private courtyard with stunning views of Falmouth Bay. There are two reserved parking bays in the adjacent private car park. The courtyard is a lovely space to relax in but is also practical with a washing line and outside tap to wash off those sandy feet. The location is perfect for water sport lovers, blue-flagged Gyllyngvase Beach offers safe swimming waters as well as SUP and Kayak hire.

Studio for 2 on beautiful Cornish beach

Welcome to the Studio, a lovely self-contained annex with superb coastal location in the seaside village of Porthtowan & good access to the A30 and W. Cornwall. The Studio is attached to our home but has its own entrance, parking space & small private deck. Overlooking Porthtowan’s ‘Blue Flag’ award winning sandy beach & surfing destination, the beautiful SW coast path & many amenities are right on the doorstep, so no need to drive anywhere. It is the perfect base for a short break or holiday.

A modern, light and airy self-contained annexe (attached to the main family house). The flat has a double bedroom, ensuite shower room, kitchen and lounge/diner leading out to a private deck. The central location is really convenient for enjoying all Falmouth has to offer. The high street, offering loads of great places to eat, drink and shop, is a short stroll away (5 mins). The beautiful main beach (Gylly) is 10-15 minutes walk. Falmouth Town railway station is just a 5 minute walk too.

Relax in a light, comfortable room with windows overlooking a beautiful garden and patio area. The annex has its own entrance, hallway, bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom with walk in shower. The friendly, thriving Village of St Agnes is an area of outstanding natural beauty with its mining heritage, beautiful views from the coastal footpath and only a 10 minute walk from the property. There are no shortages of shops, gift shops, galleries, cafes, restaurants, pubs, butchers, and bakeries.

Hidden Gem - The Annex Porthleven

'The Annex' is a two minute walk from Porthleven village in a secluded location. The Cornish fishing village is bustling with activity. It is a 'foodies heaven' with a range of eateries to cater for all tastes and budgets. There are 4 pubs in the village all within a 5 minute walk. Lovely art galleries. Renovated to a very high standard. King Size bed with modern fitted kitchen. Fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. Ensuite shower room. Outside seating area which is a real sun trap.

The Farmhouse Annexe

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. You'll discover our traditional Cornish self-contained annexe surrounded by daffodil fields, close to the beautiful Lizard peninsula with full use of a delightful enclosed private garden. The quintessential fishing village of Porthleven is a 10 minute drive, the cobbled streets of St Ives are 30 minutes, while the famous Poldark mine is less than 5 minutes by car. Local beaches include Dollar Cove, Church Cove, Poldhu and Kynance Cove.

Light and Airy Self-Contained Studio - Falmouth

A modern, light, self-contained studio with open plan stairs to a small double low loft bed, in a mezzanine sleeping area, with sloping ceiling (partial height restriction). Private entrance to an open plan kitchen and lounge, with a shower room. This scandi-inspired space is suited to cosmopolitan travellers. Only 5 mins walk to Falmouth town centre, cafes, bars and restaurants and to Gyllyngvase beach, Dell train station and Falmouth University. Off road parking on shared driveway.

Central Falmouth Annex + Private Terrace

A stylishly furnished king-sized annex with its own private entrance. The room is at the back of our Victorian townhouse with its own ensuite shower room and private outdoor space. It is located in central Falmouth close to the town centre, beaches, stations and some of the university campus buildings. It is ideal for couples, parents visiting their kids at uni and business travelers. On-street parking is free. Garden sauna available on request Oct-March for £15ph.

TWIN GATES ANNEXE WITH PRIVATE ENTRANCE & PARKING

The annexe is a very spacious room and tastefully furnished, which includes a super king size bed, and en- suite shower room.The annexe has its own private courtyard and off the road parking. We are within easy reach for Falmouth’s shops, restaurants, bars, cafes, and beaches, which are about 20 minutes walk. The only cooking facilities that we have is a microwave, toaster, small fridge, and tea making facilities.

The Garden Annexe

A two-storey separate annexe with double bedroom and bathroom on the first floor and sitting room, breakfast area and cloakroom on the ground floor. Private off-road parking and shared rear entrance (with the owners). Located in the heart of Falmouth, the beaches, town centre and harbour are all within a 15 minute walk. Cooked breakfast is not available; however, a continental breakfast selection is provided.

A light airy room in our private annexe near public transport, a beautiful park and an easy walk down into town where you will find familiar shops, a vast variety and abundance of cafes and restaurants. See the ferries to St. Mawes and Flushing go back and forth. Easy walk to the beaches and the well known Gylly Beach cafe. Falmouth has so much on offer for all ages.
