Wake up to seabirds, wander to the beach for your swim, or stroll through the park to the best coffee shops.

A modern, light and airy self-contained annexe (attached to the main family house). The flat has a double bedroom, ensuite shower room, kitchen and lounge/diner leading out to a private deck. The central location is really convenient for enjoying all Falmouth has to offer. The high street, offering loads of great places to eat, drink and shop, is a short stroll away (5 mins). The beautiful main beach (Gylly) is 10-15 minutes walk. Falmouth Town railway station is just a 5 minute walk too.

Driveway parking and private entrance. Fully equipped kitchen including Nespresso machine, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and all the utensils and crockery you’ll need. Please note, access to the property is down a set of steps and may not be suitable for infirm guests.

Fully private, the downstairs area of the house contains a cosy bedroom with a comfortable double bed, plenty of space for your suitcases in a generous walk-in closet and an en-suite shower bathroom. Large double doors lead to a private outdoors area. Enjoy the light-drenched open plan living and kitchen area upstairs with its high ceilings and a small balcony to let in this fresh Cornish sea air.

Swanpool Beach and the South West Coast Path are just an 8 min walk away. The famous 'Gylly' Beach and Falmouth are a further 15 mins along the coastal path.

It is located in central Falmouth close to the town centre, beaches, stations and some of the university campus buildings. One small note, there is a beer garden nearby, it's rare, but there can be noise. Normally only an issue if you're trying to sleep with the windows open.
