Está en una de las históricas urbanizaciones de apartamentos de Costa Adeje, donde veraneábamos los de aquí. Ahora luce moderna y cómoda, en un entorno inmediato tranquilo. Internet WiFi, TV, dos piscinas (una exclusiva para niños pequeños) y justo frente a tu puerta, tres playas y el paseo marítimo a 3’. Podrás teletrabajar desde la terraza o dentro. Lovely villa, 500m to beach, view, newly renovated

Our house is in a unique location for all of Tenerife. As this is the only place with an excellent view to the sea and nice hotels, located within 500m from the beautiful beach and directly in front of the shops center. The area of El Duque is considered the most luxurious on the whole island. Around our residens are located only 5*hotels with SPA centers, which you can visit for 10-20 €. Restaurants, shops, entertainment centers, an endless promenade. Central location, but quiet for a familys.
