Constructed in 2025, everything is brand-new at Casa Colina, including the flooring, appliances, and furniture. Casa Colina has an open floor plan of 1517 sq. ft. with enough space to hold up to 11 people on 6 beds, including a pull-out couch in the living room. This little hideaway guest house tucked behind our SW cottage house. It is the perfect little place to stop at the end of your day and relax. If your on a extended work trip or a southwestern adventure this place will be a cozy comfortable place to prop up your feet and rest your head in the four corners. We have weekly and monthly discounts and a flat $50 cleaning fee. all we ask is that you treat it like its your own home and double check for personal items when your leave.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 4 bedroom home. Has beds in 3 of the rooms. Master bedroom has a king size bed. One room has a queen size bed. The 3rd room with a bed has a full size bed. Sleeps 6 people comfortably. The 4th room is an exercise room with a treadmill. Nice cozy back yard. Nice living room with oversized couches. WiFi offered. The living room has a tv and 3 of the rooms has tv in them. There is a nice koi pond in the front yard.

Bluffview Casita is a clean, cozy and conveniently located two bedroom and one bathroom duplex on the Westside of Farmington. You'll be close to the newly revitalized downtown area, airport, Connie Mack fields, as well as several local restaurants. Farmington is a great central location to visit the Bisti Badlands, Choke Cherry Canyon, Navajo Lake, Chaco Canyon, Shiprock, Mesa Verde, the Four Corners monument, Pinion Hills Golf course, river rafting and so much more!

This little home is an older, comfy, and clean duplex located on the west side of Farmington. Fairly close to downtown and plenty of restaurants as well as the riverwalk and San Juan Regional. Farmington is a great central location to Chaco Canyon, the Aztec Ruins, Bisti Badlands, Durango Colorado, and many more! There is plenty of backyard space but there is *CURRENTLY NO ENCLOSED FENCING*. For those traveling with pets we do have a nicely sized secure dog run!
