Quiet home in friendly community, walking trails, tennis courts. Modern decor, cozy and inviting, non-smoker home. All backgrounds welcome. Perfect location for visiting nurses- Prince William & Novant Haymarket Medical Ctr 12 mins away. Local attractions: Jiffy Lube Live, George Mason University Campus / FBI Ofc.,10 mins from Manassas, 30 mins from Dulles, Fairfax. 1 hr from Washington DC. No public transportation available. Host is the only resident. ***No babies or toddlers please***

Hillview

Very sunny room, common bathroom next to bedroom. There is one other private half bathroom in the house. The basement bedroom has treadmill for workout as well as private full size freeze. You can use them if basement room is not occupied. This is corner house so plenty of open space and parking. New double/full bed and mattress. The house has big open deck. Guests are welcomed to use deck. Ps: you can check in anytime but pls book before 10 pm. This is smallest room.

Meadow Suite

This private 400 Sq ft suite has a treadmill & full size refrigerator & a queen bed, a queen mattress, a sofa bed. This corner town home has plenty of open space and parking. There is also access to a big open deck which guests are free to use. Note: For long term stay please submit request. I will do my best to open up the dates. There will be little on/off sound of HVAC unit from utility room. Additional cleaning fee for separate bed for 2 people.

Westview

This a very sunny room. The common bathroom is next to the bed room. The basement bedroom has a treadmill for exercise as well as a private full refrigerator. This corner town home has plenty of open space and parking. There is also access to a big open deck which guests are welcome to use. Note: If you like to book this room for longer duration and dates are not available than please submit interest. I will do my best to open up the dates.

Eden at Eloquence - Master Bedroom & Private Bath

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Very quiet neighborhood and home. Large kitchen, big common area and huge private bathroom with a walk in closet. The bed is comfortable and there is a desk for those who want to get work done. Everything in the kitchen is usable to cook with and the living room can be used to relax. The space is newly renovated. There’s even a gym 5 minutes away that’s included for guests.
