This stylish studio is a 5 min drive to downtown Carrboro and Chapel Hill. Weatherhill Townhomes are secluded and have easy parking. There is a king-sized bed for maximum comfort, and the couch can sleep one additional guest if needed. Enjoy the kitchen and having a bathroom all to yourself! This private basement unit overlooks the forest, which provides a lovely view any time of year. To that end, remember to bring a laptop if you want screen time (no tv here, but there is private internet!).

The Artist's Garret at Fearrington

Work remotely surrounded by art and nature. Enjoy art galleries, sculpture garden and nature trails. The Artist's Garret is a 1BR furnished apartment just 8 miles south of Chapel Hill. Artist Forrest Greenslade’s studio is just below. The Greenslade home is behind the studio and Garret. They are always around to see to guests needs and comfort. The apartment is meticulously cleaned and sanitized according to the AirBNB protocol. The air conditioning system is equipped with sanitizing UV light.

This is a shabby-chic art-studio cabin. It has a stunning walk-in shower w/ an under-water mural mosaic. There are mosaic doors & windows throughout the space. This space shares a common wall with my mosaic art studio. There are 2- sweet Aussie shepherds and 2- domestic cats on the property. Guests are welcome to eat meals on the back deck or beautiful gardens. There is a private shower, sink & composting toilet in cabin. New kitchenette recently added. Would like a long-term day-shift renter.

Christmas Tree Farm Bunkhouse near Jordan Lake

Ever thought it would be fun to experience a day at a real working Christmas Tree Farm? Be our guest at the bunkhouse, a beautiful 320 sq ft tiny house full of character. Remodeled from salvaged materials on the farm, this bunkhouse features a full kitchen, bathroom with roomy bedroom and living room. Relax on the porch or roast marshmallows by the firepit. You can take a stroll through the Christmas trees, by the pond and in the spring and summer, through our U-pick flower patch.

Anna Belle's Retreat - Belle (Side B)

This renovated duplex offers tranquility, style and comfort. Situated in the North Chatham area, we are just a short drive to Chapel Hill and Pittsboro. Jordan Lake and Haw River are also close by. Nestled in the pines yet within walking distance to nearby shopping, you'll experience the peacefulness of being in the country with the conveniences of being in the city. Enjoy the private screened porch with adjoining patio and grilling area. Need more space? Unit A is also available.

"Forest Garden" A One Bedroom Retreat

A 600 s.f. cottage retreat designed by Robert Phillips. One bedroom, full bath and kitchen, and spacious living room. Ten ft. ceilings and fine architectural details; terraced; fountains nestled in a tree grove on 10 acres with foot paths. 15-20 minutes to Chapel Hill/Carrboro, University of North Carolina; Pittsboro and the Saxapahaw arts community on the Haw River. Awesome Fearrington Village Suite, historical

Tradition continues, this is a multi-generational home dedicated to family and travelers alike since 1984. Janet's parents, Audrey and Elmo Jones created this 1,100 square foot fully appointed, fragrance and pet free upper suite which utilizes a stairway. Many guests have discovered Fearrington Village which is less than a half mile stroll away. Wooded hiking trails intertwine all of Fearrington Village. Charming 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom, Boho Elegant 1927 Bungalow in the heart of Pittsboro West. Step off the large front porch and head across the street to a local craft brewery, shopping, a delicious bakery serving breakfast and lunch and Chatham County Community College with a public library and paved walking trail. Walking distance to great bars, shops and restaurants in downtown Pittsboro. Whimsy on West is the perfect home away from home for any reason!

Cozy Secluded Accessible West Wing

The West Wing is guest quarters to a residence on 15 acres 5 miles south of Chapel Hill. It's an easy 10 minutes (5 miles) to downtown Chapel Hill, UNC, UNC Hospitals and Carrboro. Comfortable, clean, attractive, and very secluded. It is a studio apartment with one double bed, perfect for one person, cozy for two.. Your friendly, well behaved dog is welcome, but don't ever let your dog on the furniture or leave your dog alone uncrated. Sorry, no cats.
