Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. One person must be 55+. No one under 18. Home features new furniture, new outdoor furniture, 2 family rooms, full kitchen. Resort full of amenities including 5 heated pools, hot tubs, billiards, exercise, library etc. Warmth all year around. Two comfy queen beds and a hide a bed. BBQ and nice patio. Winter months feature group activities, shows, cafe, remodeled dance hall and kitchen. Group activities include desert trips, bingo, dance lessons.

This 4 bedroom getaway brings all the comforts of home to your vacation. With the ability to comfortably sleep 10 people there’s plenty of room for you and your friends or family. Enjoy an evening of dinner under the lit gazebo and s’mores around the fire pit or hit the town and check out all the Yuma has to offer. This home is centrally located so you’re never far from food and drinks. Just a 20 minute drive to the dunes, a 15 minute drive to Mexico and a one minute walk down to the park.

One of these rooms is very spacious an it's equipped with a premium king size bed, a flatscreen smart TV, private seating area, as well as a walk-in closet. Ammenities include: Keurig coffee maker, dishwaser, a bbq grill, firepit and outdoor furniture. And it's conveniently located in a peaceful area close to freeway entrance.
