My cottage is close to beaches (Grand Haven/Holland/Muskegon/Saugatuck), bike /walk/running path, fishing right out the door, restaurants, micro-brew places, family-friendly activities & much more! My place is great for couples, families, solo, adventurers, & business travelers. We are nestled in a very quiet area ...great serene area to people watch. Close to Grand Haven, Holland, Muskegon, Saugatuck, Grand Rapids downtown: Museums; Sports venue; Concerts; Meijer Gardens; Zoo & much more!

Lakefront Cottage w/Free Pontoon & Paddle Boat

Nestled in a small cove on a big lake, this fully renovated cottage has 66' of private shoreline and includes the FREE use of pontoon w/dock plus paddle boat & 2 kayaks (from May through October, weather permitting). The cottage sleeps up to 5 people. For larger groups, bundle Swan Cottage w/our other lakefront property 2 doors away. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Located on Grand Haven's main shopping and dining corridor, this unique, beautifully updated 1890s Victorian is within walking distance to all Grand Haven has to offer including the beach, musical fountain, waterfront stadium, dining and more. There is a carriage house at the back of the property that is available for use seasonally included with your rental. Wedding/event fees may apply, please inquire.

Nice patio out back with covered area to grill out. Walking distance to the North Country Trail and 10 min from the new Dragon trail. There is one queen bed and a couch. It will comfortably sleep two guest.
