Cueva Aventura Francesca

Notre Cueva Aventura vous propose trois hébergements troglodytes : la Cueva Francesca 1/3 personnes (accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite), la Cueva Lucia 2/5 personnes et la Cueva Emilia 4/7 personnes. La Cueva Francesca (50m2) se compose d'un patio privé et aménagé, d'une pièce de vie (cuisine équipée, canapé creusé, table chaises,tv), d'une grande chambre (1 lit de 180 et 1 lit de 90 ou 3 lits de 90, supplément pour le 3eme lit simple), douche à l'italienne, lavabo, wc. Notre piscine au sel (pas d'allergie, pas d'odeur mais où nous vous remercions pour la stabilité et l’entretien de l’eau de ne pas utiliser de crèmes solaires ) bordée de ses petites cuevas pour abriter votre sieste ainsi que le barbecue et le terrain de pétanque sont à partager. Le tarif comprend le linge de lit (qui est fait à votre arrivée), le linge de toilette, la serviette de piscine, le ménage en fin de séjour et l'électricité. La caractéristique bio-climatique de la grotte la climatise naturellement. Aéroport le plus proche : Grenade, et il est nécessaire d’être véhiculé. Si mauvais temps : Netflix 😉 Les petits plus pour ne pas être pris au dépourvu : liquide vaisselle, éponge, torchons, eau fraîche, café (dosettes et café et filtres), thé, sucre, condiments de base (huile, vinaigre, sel, poivre) …..et petits bonbons ✨✨✨

POR FAVOR, ANTES DE RESERVAR LEE LA DESCRIPCIÓN Y LAS "NORMAS DE LA CASA". Casa rústica para 2 con terraza privada. En el casco antiguo. Con aire acondicionado/calefacción. También hay ventiladores de techo. Conexión Wi-Fi alta velocidad (fibra óptica). Las playas están a solo 25 minutos. En verano evitas la masificación que se produce en la costa. Y también, a diferencia de la costa, encontrarás todos los servicios: bancos, farmacias, centro de salud, supermercados, bares, tiendas artesanía etc

Casa muy especial, por su ubicación, diseño y decoración. Situada en la localidad de Las Negras, a 10 minutos andado del pueblo y de la playa. Linda con el parque natural en un enclave totalmente tranquilo donde podrás disfrutar de unos maravillosos cielos de estrellas. La piscina y zona de estar exterior son totalmente íntimas orientadas hacia el Parque Natural. Dispone de 3 dormitorios, 3 baños, 2 salones, proyector de cine, elementos para hacer deporte, cocina exterior, 2 chimeneas etc..

The coast is just 40 minutes drive.

The home has been tastefully designed with new furniture and decoration. High speed internet. Although shops and restaurants are a 5 min drive away, the area feels peaceful and secluded.
