The beach lovers - the sea is just across the road! Or enjoy the sun on the balcony - all day long. Lively seafront with all its activities, and the charming small old-town streets behind, with many authentic taverns, bars, coffee shops will keep you well occupied. Many shops, several historical places to visit. Tourist info office just 300m away. Several buses per day to major cities, just a step away from the apartment. My place is located in heart of Larnaka. From living room and main bedroom you can enjoy sea view - Finikoudes beach, located 1 min walking distance from the sea. Apartment is located in center and all around there are all shops, cafes ,restaurants, art and culture. You will love my place because of location, the people , the ambiance and the neighborhood. Also we provide satellite TV - Russian,Italian,Spanish and Arabic channels. If you like to explore only Larnaka you wont need a car.

This comfortable apartment comes with everything you need. The view over the Marina is amazing, always plenty to watch .The location is excellent, near the beach, restaurants and coffee shops 10 minutes walking is the famous street Finikoudes street. You don't need a car. Everything you need is in walking distance. An amazing pedestrian road by the sea are in front of the apartment! You can work remotely with high speed internet from the flat as the wifi is 80 mb/s

Lovely beach house.

Fabulous one bedroom apartment, right on the beach, with undisrupted seafront views. It's close to watersport facilities, Cyprus Tourism beach, hotels and restaurants. A great way to start your day by waking up to the amazing clear blue waters view. Nice sandy beaches. You'll also find it very convenient as it's approx a 15min drive to the airport, 20min to Ayia Napa, 30min to Nicosia and under an hour to Limassol!

It is situated on Tessera Fanaria which is the most luxurious of complex of Larnaca. The bed in 1 room is King Size (180x200cm), in the 2nd room a Queen Size (160x200) and in the 3rd room are two single beds (90x200cm).
