Sie liegt in Nordtirol, im Süden des Inntals in der Silberregion Karwendel am Fuße der Tuxer Alpen mit dem Gilfert, Hirzer und Wildofen. Eine phantastische Aussicht entschädigt den einfachen Standard ohne Badezimmer. Die Südwest-Lage ist Ausgangspunkt für herrliche Bergwanderungen in der Silberregion Karwendel oder für Skitouren in das legendäre Gebiet um den Gilfert im Westen des Zillertals.
