Lodge Barns - Dovecote Barn near Southwell

The Dovecote is one of our barn conversion which sleeps 7. It is in the village Morton. The barn sleeps 7 with a fully fitted kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher. It has an open lounge and dinning where family and friends can all get together. This leads onto a patio with seating. It has an open garden where there is ample parking room, space for the children to run around play games or for the dog to stretch out their legs. Also on airbnb is our other two barns, Hayloft & Little Tithe

Welcome to Manor Cottage Barn. Situated in the quiet village of Averham just outside of Newark Upon Trent in rural Nottinghamshire. The barn itself is an 18th century chapel and barn combined and was fully restored in the 90's. Inside there are two large rooms, one comprising of a lounge area for guests and a private workshop area dedicated to picture framing. The other is a Bedroom, kitchen and dining room with a separate Bathroom. *This is a no smoking anywhere including outside home.
