Loft in the Countryside

Get a taste of quiet country living next to a peaceful pasture. Gaze at woodlands and mountains from a window and find a cozy loveseat to curl up on and read. Explore nearby breweries and return for a great night's sleep under a tall pitched roof. The Nest is very private, peaceful and quiet. You will have an entire brand new garage apartment to yourself with your own entrance and two parking spaces. The loft contains a private spa-like bathroom with a large walk-in shower, cozy queen bed, relaxing sitting area and a small kitchenette. We also provide coffee and tea and all basic tolietries. The guests will have their own private access/entrance but are welcome to take walks around our beautiful lane. I am available for any questions or recommendations. We love to chat with our guests and introduce ourselves but will also maintain your privacy if desired. The guest house is on a private road near a horse pasture. It is close to Hendersonville, Brevard, Tyron, and Asheville. The Biltmore House, great hiking and vistas along with many great restaurants, shops, and breweries are also in the area. It is best to rent or bring your own car. There is little to no public transportation in this area, however you can use Uber.

Passive solar house 14 mi from Asheville

This net-zero house is conveniently located on one secluded acre 5 miles from Asheville Regional Airport, 6 miles from Sierra Nevada Brewing Company. Built-in 2020 by Blue Ridge Energy Systems, Asheville's oldest green builder (est. 1977), it features large south facing triple pane windows, six-inch walls, 6.5 kW of PV panels, and a Tesla destination charger. Handcrafted cherry bed frames support queen size Casper memory foam mattresses in each bedroom and a handcrafted cherry table seats six.

Relax at this fun getaway in a gated, wooded community. Queen sleeps two. Kitchenette with coffee/tea. Bathroom w/tub. Non working fireplace. WiFi, TV for Netflix etc. Just minutes to the Asheville airport, stores, breweries, restaurants + more. Funky Downtown Asheville, Historic Hendersonville + BlueRidge Pkwy are a short car ride away. Dog friendly but please bring your crate if dog needs to be left alone. Use of back patio too. Fire pit in back yard and small grill in carport are available.

1850’s Settlers Cabin

The Settlers cabin is located 21 miles from Asheville and 12 miles from Chimney Rock State Park. It is located on 9 acres of private property with Mountain View’s all around. A very private setting with a .5 mile concrete paved driveway, one lane. A great way to get your morning or evening walk in. Apple orchards and nature all around. Wifi Hi speed 370+ &Jacuzzi tub. The bedroom is located in the loft a common area with a queen size and a full size bed both accessible from the stairs.

From the Hart Farm: Pisgah Room (Room #1 of 2)

My farm is 8 miles from Brevard and a 45 min. drive to downtown Asheville. I am nestled between Pisgah National Forest and Dupont State Forest, which means unlimited hiking, waterfalls, swimming, kayaking and fishing. Cyclers will enjoy being on one of the many routes, while mountain bikers can enjoy forest trails and challenge themselves to the Oskar Blues Reeb Ranch. Equestrian folks can avail themselves to our local horse boarders and ride in both forests. There is something for everyone!

This is a sweet cozy getaway centrally located less than 5 min. from Asheville airport and Sierra Nevada, 15 min. from downtown Asheville, and 20 to downtown Hendersonville. Relax on a new memory foam mattress with a walk in closet and an updated bathroom. Enjoy smart TV with cable, internet, refrigerator, microwave, range, cookware, and a coffee maker. There’s a keyless door code for convenience and privacy. The house is easy to get to, has ample parking in a safe and quiet neighborhood.

Our smaller Casita is also on the property and can be booked together or separately.

Private, 2 bedroom/1 bath home in the beautiful valley community of Fairview with mountain views. This spacious abode offers light-filled spaces and modern conveniences, yet still manages to feel cozy. There's a large yard with a covered patio and fire pit under the pines. Nights are quiet here with low light pollution allowing one to star gaze country-style. Fairview shops and restaurants are nearby, and Asheville/Biltmore Estate a picturesque 25 min drive.

Lost Fox Sheep Farm at Bent Creek

No chores just enjoy this peaceful pasture, soak in the hot tub and feel a million miles away while only being 4 Miles to trail heads in Bent Creek, 2 miles to the Bent Creek river park and access (you can borrow my Kayaks or tubes) and 2 miles to the Blue Ridge parkway and Arboretum. 10 Miles to downtown Asheville. great location for hikes and mountain biking. This is a tiny house on a sheep farm. Early or late check in/out might be available on request.
