We designed and built 'Eagle's Nest' to accommodate anyone. This cabin is Wheelchair Accessible with a sidewalk and wheelchair ramp. The large master bedroom & bathroom include enough space to turn a wheelchair within a 5 foot radius. We’ve created a thoughtful home with everyone in mind.

The Bothy - 28 acre private retreat

This custom designed, modern cabin is made for connecting with nature in comfort. The cabin sits by itself on 28 private acres with meadows, forest, a small creek, and trails. You have privacy and space to wander and are still just 15 minutes to town, 10 minutes to Lake Santeetlah, and 1 mile off the Cherohala Skyway. A Bothy is a Scottish term for a small simple farm building that travelers can shelter in. The cabin and land are a perfect place to relax in the Appalachian mountains.

We are within 30 minutes or less of Nantahala Outdoor Center, the National Park, Fontana Village, Bryson City, Tail of the Dragon, and Cherokee, Tsali Recreational, multiple marinas with boat rentals.
