The Hilltop Perch is the upper level of our guest cottage nestled on 10 mountainous acres. Beautiful mountain views often include a stunning sunset (weather permitting) here on the property. We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. Experience a stylish, colorful, and comfortable stay in the heart of downtown Morganton! Our well-appointed apartment offers fun decor and a prime location at the corner of Meeting and Sterling Streets. Just steps away, you'll find my favorite spots—Treat, the Madness, Yesi's Cantina, Fonta Flora, Limbertwigs, and The Grind Coffee Shop—plus the Courthouse Square, movie theater, Brown Mountain Bottle Works, and local shops. Stay here for the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and local charm!

Lovingly renovated into a gorgeous one bedroom (new firm king sized bed), one bath apartment (700 sq. feet) with private outdoor area. Directly across the street from Tuxedo Park and 1/4 mile from Lake Summit. Bring your hiking or running shoes, bike or kayak! Well-behaved pets welcome. Easy access to US Highway 25. Greenville SC or Asheville NC are just an easy 30 minute drive.

Nestled on a private lane minutes from the Asheville airport and situated between Asheville and Hendersonville, this 695 sq. ft upstairs duplex unit blends modern style with comfort. The two-bedroom, one-bathroom unit features a full kitchen, living room, and dining room. Exterior stairs lead up to a private, open-air front porch with seating. Wall-mounted TVs in each bedroom and the living room, with Netflix access provided. Guests enjoy shared access to hot tub, laundry room, and fire ring.

Walking distance to restaurants, wine bar, park, farmer's market, spas, cafe, and coffee shop. You can spend the day antiquing and shopping or hiking and biking. The space is located up 16 stairs in the carriage house. It's about a mile from Hendersonville's Historic Main Street and yet secluded on 2 acres in wooded Laurel Park. A public park with a pond, stream, pathway adjoin the property. 30-minute drive to Pisgah & DuPont Forests.

Looking for a new adventure? Come stay on our working farm. Learn about dairy sheep, raising chickens and gardening, or just relax and listen to the water rushing on the creek trail. The apartment is located in the front of the property. This property overlooks a small pasture and surrounded by woods with several small creeks and trails. More pasture is in the rear of property. Large porch off the apartment for sitting and bird watching.
