Nestled among old heritage gardens on 5 acres near Morpeth in the Hunter Valley, this gorgeous cottage is part of the Berry House Estate built in 1857. Cosy up and unwind, or explore the broader Hunter Valley. The self contained cottage (converted servants quarters), is your own little oasis within the broader grounds of Berry House. Use the pool and sauna, explore the gardens, collect some farm fresh eggs, feed the sheep or just chill. Delightful spot for kids with friendly cat and two dogs.

Your only a short 5 min walk to Nabiac Village shops, including cafe and a pub, both with great food. Local swimming pool (closed in the winter months) kids skate park and playground. Baevue Cottage was once an oyster purging shed, but has since been transformed into a perfect couples’ getaway, nestled on the waterfront of Pelican Bay in the Manning River. Just minutes from Manning Point Beach, it offers the ideal spot to start your day with a sunrise walk. Features include combined living and bedroom area (queen bed), bathroom, kitchen (no oven or dishwasher) ceiling fans, electric blanket, oil heater, WiFi and a fire pit. A Weber Baby Q BBQ is available upon request.
