Nestled in the outskirts of the wonderful NSW country town of Stroud, on a 15-acre boutique vineyard, protected beneath the escarpment of Peppers Mountain & bounded by pristine Mill Creek. Enjoy everything the country has to offer with a swim in the creek and a fire pit under the stars. Or if you prefer the finer things in life, a hot tub overlooking the vines, air-conditioning inside, and much more.

Studio Lu is a unique and cozy space and is 800m from Nelson Bay cbd, restaurants,the marina,cafes and clubs.Shoal Bay is less than a 10 min drive. You will have private access to your accomodation and 1 undercover parking space. You have a HD TV with Netflix and a Sony blue-tooth speaker for your use. The adjoining room has a comfy 3 seater lounge,table and chairs.Lovely large deck off bedroom. For my guests I offer loose leaf tea,herbal teas and a coffee plunger for some delicious coffee!

"Robyn's Nest Hideaway" - a quiet getaway

Accommodation is a single level dwelling with an open plan kitchen and living area. 2 big Queen bedrooms & 3 way bathroom. The good-sized paved and grassed outdoor area backs onto bush-land. The best beach in Port Stephens is very close. The getaway is a haven thanks to its cosiness, quietness, privacy & location. Suits 4 adults. Only house trained "smallish" dogs allowed with own bedding. NO dogs on beds or lounges. NO dogs to be left alone inside unattended. NO electric scooters allowed!!

Our friendly family welcomes you to enjoy a stay at Koala Cottage, which is a 2-bedroom separate dwelling set away from the main house sharing 2.5 acres of native bushland and manicured gardens. Our property is fully fenced, and families and children are welcome. Salt Ash, Port Stephens is located a short 10-minute drive from Newcastle airport and is a great base to explore the variety of options this amazing area has to offer.

Nelson Bay home on the beach!!

Rest, eat, sleep, repeat!! Enjoy the comfort of our renovated home. Perfect sleeping arrangements for 2 families or 1! The kids will be entertained with the beach at the front and park at the rear. Check in at 3pm and checkout at 11am. If there is no back to back bookings I may be able to accomodate earlier check in upon request. Everything in walking distance!

An old unique property 10 mins north of Taree NSW

The cottage is surrounded by trees with 2 acres of land to walk your pets. Privately self contained but with someone available if necessary. Located just off the highway so therefore Ideal for rest breaks when travelling along the Eastern Highway. The cottage shares land with the historical Ghinni Ghinni school building which is no longer in use

Ideal for couples looking for a comfortable stay in central Anna Bay close to amenities and Birubi beach. Property shared with young family (including dog) in main house but plenty of space to hide away indoor or out with your own private spaces.
