This charming cottage is completely unique having the old Redcastle ruin as a back drop and views of the Beauly Firth directly in front. There is an idyllic stream going through the garden and we have recently planted a wild flower meadow at the end of the garden. It has been beautifully refurbished in 2023 and we feel incredibly proud of the results. The cottage is located in the sleepy hamlet of Milton of Redcastle and really is an idyllic and very comfortable place to come and unwind.

If you love the outdoors, we think you will love it here. We have spectacular views of the Cairngorms, with excellent walks from the door. The living room looks out across the garden through massive French windows which can also be fully opened on fair-weather days. This really opens up the space and brings the beautiful scenery inside. The modern, fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need with cooker, microwave, large fridge/ freezer, washer dryer and dishwasher.

Bowmore Cottage

Completed end July 2012, Bowmore is nestled amongst the most beautiful greenery - tall majestic trees to the back of the property hide the view of the small chapel next to the Abbey. The address, Abbey Gardens, gives away its history - Abbey Gardens was the vegetable patch tended by the monks when it was a working monastery. The cottage is set in its own private garden and just a few minutes' walk away is the southern tip of Loch Ness.
