This beautiful ground floor private guest unit with ocean views is located across the street from the Caspar Headland trail, 5 minute walk to Caspar Beach and store, with sand to stroll along, swim or surf, and 5 minute drive or 15 min walk to the Point Carbrillo Light House. The 625 sq ft unit is part of a larger home with a private entrance, easy same level access from your parked car through unit to the private courtyard and fire pit. Windows look out into the fenced garden and ocean beyond.

Beautiful private studio has ocean view, large 2nd floor deck and is across the road from Caspar State Park. This 2 level space includes kitchen downstairs and living space (including your own private sauna!) upstairs. There is a cozy gas fireplace, free wifi and t.v. with Roku, comfy queen bed with new mattress and quality bedding, large deck , wood floors and full bath. From the studio, walk to 2 different beaches, or 5 minute drive to Mendocino. Dogs allowed with registration and pet fee.

Second story downtown ocean views and south facing windows create the perfect getaway in this cozy space featuring the work of local artists. Easy walking distance to shops, activities, dining, coastal trails, parks, and beaches. Two-bedrooms, one king and one queen with all you need to make your stay comfortable. The upstairs apartment features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It is only half a block from downtown Cloverdale where you’ll find restaurants, bars, shopping and live music in the summer. This is the perfect place to enjoy a family vacation or a friends getaway!

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Within a short walking distance to downtown with restaurants, retail shops, bakery, coffee, and bars. The downtown is where everything happens from First Friday art walk, Pumpkin Fest, Chili Cook off, etc. Safeway nearby and Movie Theater. Three roads will take you over to the Pacific Coast, each 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
