Originally a commercial space is a great place to relax and enjoy the sights and stars of West Texas. A studio with high ceilings and plenty of room. It is one of 6 apartments located in the heart of town. This space is entered through the courtyard at the back of the building where you can sit and enjoy the weather and stars! Guest pool access and bike rental is available at the Thunderbird Hotel at 10.00 a day per person or 25.00 a week. WIFI:Broadband fiber turbo 100mbs down and upload.

Fordhouse Suite - Desert Luxury

Fordhouse Suite is a hidden gem in the heart of Sanderson. Two guests can relax in this fully updated, historic pharmacy and its amenities. The suite is walking distance to the local coffee shop, Amtrak station and other local businesses. Guests can enjoy a desert sunset and fire in the private backyard with native plants and wild life. Soaking pool nestled in shade. This studio (1 of two on the property) is the perfect escape from the city and a great home base for your Big Bend Adventure.

La Cochera Private Apartment - No Cleaning Fee

Relax in this cozy, calm, and stylish space. One bedroom with a private entrance and private bath. A 3 minute drive from the town center or a nice 15 minute walk. 1 hour drive to Big Bend National Park, 1 hour to McDonald Observatory, and 30 minutes to Marfa. The ideal capacity for the apartment is 2 adults and one child. The fold out futon-style chair is best suited for a child or small teenager. Quiet neighborhood, dark skies preserve. No cleaning fee! Blackout curtains throughout.

Studio 410

Studio 410 is a tiny hideaway mere blocks from downtown. You feel like batman as you drive down the alley and pull into your own secret covered parking! Enjoy your shaded outdoor area surrounded by a privacy fence or chill out in the studio’s living area. There’s a small kitchen with everything you need for light cooking as well as a charcoal grill. The cozy sleeping loft is up a ladder, it has windows, a window unit ac and a queen-sized bed. It’s cute but funky, y’all!

Bohemio A ~ Western Sky Suite

At the western end of Bohemio's Raconteur Lodge, the Western Sky Suite boasts a luxurious bedroom, tall ceilings, uniquely grand glass doors, comfy seating, and a kitchen filled with simple utilitarian delights. This suite in Marfa stands out, blending the essence of adobe architecture with modern elegance and a touch of contemporary design. The private patio is the largest at the lodge, and opens directly onto the spacious backyard, and Pickleball Paddle Club.

Single room unit#6 Private shower No Pets/Smoking

This sits on an acre property with another 5 room unit. The people on the property are mostly workers from out of town who need a quick stop, a week to find an apartment, or month to month stays. The bed size is Queen. The door has a code lock to checkin at your convenience. Part of the road is unpaved and shown in a picture. Please take this fact into consideration before booking. I cannot pave the road as it does not belong to me.

Newly remodeled apartment within walking distance from The Centennial bar, Bella Terrazas, B's Diner, The People's Church, Joe's Place, Grey Mule Saloon, The Classic Man Cigar Bar, Heritage Funeral Home, and Annie Riggs Museum. Rooney Park is also within walking distance which has a small dog park.

This unit is a private efficiency. It is self check in. There is 1 queen size bed. It is located at the back of our house. Parking pad off of the street in a well lit area 1 block from Midland Memorial Hospital. Close to Andrews Highway which has many food options. Use of washer and dryer can be arranged.
