LOCH NESS unique vacation rental in the Highlands of Scotland. Located on the shores of Loch Ness, within the fully renovated Benedictine Abbey in Fort Augustus. Check-in 3-6pm. Luxury 1st floor apartment, fully refurbished and includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a modern kitchen. There are many onsite facilities including swimming pool, sauna, steam room, tennis court, gym, table tennis, children's play area, croquet lawn, archery and there is also an onsite restaurant overlooking Loch Ness.

The Boathouse

Step inside our off grid Boathouse Bothy with loch side hot tub, in this spectacularly remote part of the Scottish Highlands and prepare to reconnect with the wilder world as you're swept away by the sheer beauty of the landscape and the tastefully decorated interior, complete with private fishing loch and boat. The Boathouse is a luxurious one bedroom bothy (king or twin) with wood burning stove for heating, cooking and hot water, plus composting toilet, on the shores of Loch na Beinne Moire.

Hot Tub located overlooking loch with communal bar with fire pit under 7m Gazebo with BBQ . Large dining conservatory with open plan kitchen. Large communal separate garden games room with pool table, air hockey, darts and playstation .

Ceud mille Failte is a tastefully decorated and very comfortable apartment. Bright and airy with gas central heating with well equipped kitchen. Guests have access to all Highland Club facilities such as heated indoor swimming pool, tennis court, indoor table tennis, giant chess set in the cloister gardens and of course the Club Lounge, with full size snooker table and relaxing seating area. Sorry no babies or children under 5 years old, there is too much glass in the apartment.

Duachy Apartments Birch

Our luxury self catering apartments are located 5 mins walk from the amenity of Fort William. Guests have complementary access to the Ben Nevis Leisure club during their stay. Both apartments have panoramic views overlooking Loch Linnhe and have exclusive use of the terraced. The apartments sleep two people and a double sofa bed can accommodate an additional guests. Our apartment have drying rooms which were designed for outdoor enthusiasts.

The Boys Dormitory is a spacious four-star, one bedroom apartment positioned on the vaulted top floor of the Victorian monastery. The huge arched stone mullioned windows face in three directions with every window offering sensational views of the landscape. The monastery is undoubtedly the finest building at the Abbey and in the most prominent position, directly overlooking Loch Ness, the cloisters and gardens.

Ben Vheir Cottage is situated in the West Highlands of Scotland near Glencoe and enjoys stunning views of Loch Linnhe and the mountains.  The cottage adjoins our main house, and is the part of the building furthest from the road and nearest to the water making it very quiet and peaceful.  The convenient lochside setting provides for both open views and easy access to spectacular countryside.
