Enjoy Glamping in our 34’ motorhome either out & about at places like Martinez Lake/ Fishers Landing, Mittry Lake, the Sand Dunes, & other local areas or on our property for additional utility fees. Great place for river goers, dove hunters, & short term needs in & around Yuma & local recreation sites. There is a Queen size bed in the bedroom. The couch & dining table also makes into full size beds. The queen & full beds have mattress toppers. Manual jacks will be used until we fix hydraulics.

This is an older fifth wheel, perfect for those looking for a basic, clean, and budget-friendly place to stay. It’s not luxury but has the essentials: a queen mattress, a sofa that converts into a bed, a simple kitchen, bathroom, and comfortable sleeping arrangements for 2 people. The home is kept cool and heated with a mini split system for your comfort. Please take in to consideration this is a smaller RV about 25 feet. There is animals on property please keep that in mind.
