The suite (660 sq ft) comprises 2 bedrooms, a large living room, a daylight bathroom, a dry kitchenette, and 1 parking spot on the driveway. The private entrance is accessible by the outside staircase next to the driveway. The home is located in a friendly, and safe neighborhood in Fountain, CO. Grocery store is 1 mile away, and most attractions are within 30 min/car.

It is equipped with many necessities like Wi-Fi, central air, washer-dryer, BBQ grill, color stamped concrete patio with outdoor furniture, fire pits, 65-inch TV with PS4, and much more. This retreat is located in Fountain, CO which is minutes away from Colorado Springs and other local attractions. Each room is fully furnished. We also have a futon and stored pull out beds if needed.

This great space has all the comforts you need for a enjoyable home away from home. There is a sleeping, lounging and dining area as well as a kitchenette, bathroom and a lovely patio space. We have established and grow a large variety of edible plants. On our 1/4 acre lot we use a compost and a rain catching system to support our food forest, spiral herb garden and annual beds. We raise chickens and have been attempting to start an apiary. I am happy to give garden tours if interested.

The Happy Cottage - Historic Downtown Dairy

The historic Sinton Dairy was owned by the Sinton family in the early 1900s. This cottage was the original hose house and is located behind the main home on the property. It has been transformed into a beautiful fabulously furnished one bedroom cottage, complete with a full bath and fully stocked kitchen. See the top of Pikes Peak, Olympic Training Center, Air Force Academy, Zoo, hike Garden Of The Gods & Seven Falls. Experience the many breweries & wineries in our area. Walking distance from grocery store, coffee shops, a park, trails, and a small shopping center.

Downtown cottage, AC, W/D, patio, sleeps 4!

Super close to downtown Colorado Springs, Memorial Park and many other amenities the Springs has to offer. Complete stand alone cottage with parking and separate full fenced yard with a large patio. Built in 2019, the cottage is super well insulated, quiet and cozy. TV on main level and a TV upstairs. Air conditioning and everything you need for a comfortable stay except for a full size oven. We have a cooktop and counter top oven but not a full size oven.
