We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes. We are also across the street from a park with basketball hoops and a nice kids area. This is a private apartment on the back of our property with its own locked gated entrance from the alley behind our home with a dedicated off street parking spot.
