This private Cottage is right on the banks of the world famous Loch Ness, including 2 private beaches just for you. Unlike many Loch Ness cottages, we are not on a road, just the garden between us and the Loch. You’ll love the panoramic views of Loch Ness, the idyllic location, private beaches, and total peace and quiet. 1 or 2 well behaved dogs welcome. In July and August, Saturday arrivals/departures only. Please contact us if dates look available but you can't book them, we can do it for you.

The house is situated in Foyers overlooking Loch Ness. There is an easy 10 minute walk down a path at the side of a wood down to the shores of the Loch.

Just 27 miles from Inverness, The Knockie Cottage is a 2-bedroom cottage with en suite bathroom and private access. Enjoy the views of the Highlands with its beautiful open countryside and mountains. Just outside you have Loch Knockie that attracts a variety of wildlife and is great for trout fly fishing. Enjoy free fishing in the private Loch nan Lann. The Cottage is perfectly situated for explore Loch Ness and enjoy hiking the beautiful hills.

Ardshiel is a free standing wooden house, surrounded by a big garden, with open views into the scottish Highlands. Ardshiel has been built in 2015 as a traditional but at the same time modern house with a contemporary kitchen and a woodstove. Loch Ness is only 2 miles away. Inverness, Glen Coe, the Isle of Skye and Eilean Donan Castle are in easy reach. Ardshiel is the ideal place to explore the Highlands. You will need your own transport.
