Fantastic flat with a balcony

The flat is totally renovated 6 years ago and has last year become upgrated with a lovely balcony. The interiour is modern / classic with nice furniture and lights. The philosophy is that you shall feel at home as soon as your coat is in the wardrobe and the candles are lit. Smoking is prohibited. There is a kitchen/diningroom in open connection with a living-room, 1 master bedroom and 1 small bedroom with 1 bed ( possibi- lity of drawing another bed from underneath it), 1 bathroom and a hall. In the bathroom is a combined washingmachine/tumbledryer and in the kitchen is a dishwashing-machine. From the the kitchen/diningroom there is a new big balcony. The flat has a central position for all kinds of doings near by busses and Metro, lots of shops, restaurants and cafés. There are recreative areas in reachable distance such as Frederiksberg Gardens and the Zoo. You reach Tivoli in 10 minutes time by bus fron door to door. You can park in the streets in the neighburhood,- and it is free in the week-ends. You can buy a day-parkingbill in the kiosk down under for Dkr 35,- per 24 hours. Are you coming by air or train there are bus and Metro connections.

Enjoy a cozy stay in this quiet 85 m2 apartment close to the citycenter. An apartment for the "picky" and calm guest :-) The apartment is new renovated and clean and nice decorated. Its cozy with danish design furnitures, and all inventory is of a high quality. The bed is an Auping. The property is quiet and there is a cozy yard. Within 200 m you find the centermetro and Assistens Kirkegaard and a lot of cozy cafe's, take-aways, restaurants and shops around the corner. 2 km to the city center.

The apartment is located on the 3TH floor and there is no elevator - very common in CPH.

Den hyggelige, nyrenoverede lejlighed i hjertet af Nørrebro, med sin grønne bohostil, bærer præg af glæden ved rejser og kunst og livsnydelse. The apartment is located in inner Copenhagen in the middle of the vibrant shopping district. The apartment is facing a courtyard, but you can still hear the rich citylife in the background. The neighboorhood is filled with cafées, bars and shopping opportunities. The famous street "Strøget" is an arms length from the apartment, and runs through the entire midtown. The apartment is perfect for a couple, but it is also good for a Family or 3 or 4 friends or Mom, Dad and 2 kids.

Stille bohemelejlighed med åbent til kip

Velkommen til min fine lille lejlighed med to rum og åbent til kip. Bad og køkken fra 2021, stue/køkken med mulighed for ekstra opredning. Soveværelse med dobbeltseng. Den anden seng er i køkken/stue. Lejligheden ligger øverst på 3. sal og er meget stille. Tæt på metro, indkøb, cafeer og parker. Jeg assisterer gerne med tips og svarer på spørgsmål. Hvis I ønsker det, reder jeg den ekstra seng op i stuen, men som udgangspunkt reder jeg op i værelset.

Lejlighed i fredeligt og roligt kvarter

Velkommen til en rummelig og lys lejlighed midt på Frederiksberg og tæt på Københavns centrum. Her kan du høre fuglene synge samtidig med, at du er i gåafstand til caféer, butikker og metroen. Lejligheden har sammenhængende stue, spisestue og køkken. Du finder dit værelse i et stort rum på lejlighedens øvre etage. Du kan nemt komme herfra til Københavns mange kvarterer og trække dig tilbage i lejlighedens fred, når du har brug for det.

Frederiksberg C er Charmerende

Denne centralt placerede maleriske lejlighed ligger lige i smørhullet af Frederiksberg C og København Du får god nattesøvn og bystemning på samme tid her på det fashionable Frederiksberg og tæt på Indre By og det livlige Vesterbro. Busserne stopper lige udenfor døren og der er kun 5 minutters gang til Metroen på Frederiksberg Allé. Der er en have bag ejendommen med grill, ro og legetøj, gynge og sandkasse til børnene.

Vesterbro - the heartbeat of Copenhagen. You´ll love the surroundings; old, original, but modernized town. 5 minutes distance to train station, 10 min. to Cph. Mall, 15 min. to Tivoli. Cafes and restaurants, supermarket next door, a nice modern apartment on third floor, quiet location both to street side and the large safe enclosed garden courtyard. Kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, bathroom with shower.

Cozy centrally-located apartment w. free parking.

I hope you enjoy my peaceful and centrally-located place. Free parking available for visitors with car. 1 min away from supermarket (you don't even have to cross the street). 3 mins from bus stop, 10 mins from metro st. The apartment is quite green, a shared garden is available for an even greener experience (equipped with BBQ). My place has a fully equipped kitchen, that you're welcome to use.
