Relax in the hot tub and take in an amazing sunset. The home is a harmonious blend of locally-crafted art and furniture to add rustic charm and modern comfort.

Fern Hill Cabin - rustic cabin near Deep Creek

Enjoy a comfortable rustic cabin with two bedrooms, one full bathroom, a powder room, spacious living room, kitchen and a dining area. Outside you can relax on a large screened porch or by the firepit under a blanket or stars. Some of the most beautiful areas such as Swallow Falls, Herrington Manor and Rock Maze are only a short drive away. Enjoy skiing at Wisp Resort or boating and swimming at Deep Creek State Park. Many wonderful restaurants and fun things to do are also a short drive away.

Coopers Rock Retreat

Industrial farmhouse studio apartment nestled in the hills of West Virginia. Located just 15 minutes to downtown Morgantown and only 5 short minutes away from Coopers Rock State Forest. Spectacular landscape views from dusk to dawn and breathtaking star gazing on clear nights. Guests have their own private entrance to come and go as they please, a full kitchenette to make home cooked meals while on the road, large bathroom with walk-in shower, queen size bed, and an extra long single futon.

Yoder School Guest House with wifi and hot tub

Built originally in the late 1800's and renovated by us in 1991, Yoder School became our home. In later years we converted part of the building into this peaceful getaway. Opportunities for outdoor activities abound. Fantastic road cycling with Strava routes start right here! Just a short drive away great mountain biking, hiking, cross country and downhill skiing, and white water rafting are yours to enjoy. Several unique and popular restaurants, and tennis and basketball courts are nearby.

The Hobbit House

One story home located in a rural community in the heart of Friendsville. This completely renovated 4 bedroom, 1 bathroom house is located on an acre lot in town. Plenty of privacy for hanging out/relaxation. This home is close to hiking/biking trails (Kendall), white water rafting/access tours (Youghiogheny River) and a short 15 min drive to Deep Creek Lake and The Wisp! There are also amenities such a as grocery, gas, restaurant and parks within walking distance. Perfect getaway!

Flanigan Farmhouse - Cozy, modern 3 bdr on 4 acres

Listen to the frogs sing in the springtime, pick raspberries and blackberries in July, peaches in August, and pears in September, watch birds from the porch swing, relax in the hammock, swap stories around the fire, and gaze up at a starry sky. Our farmhouse is on a quiet, beautiful corner of the Earth and we love being able to share it. It is private and bucolic, but a very short drive to amenities, adventure, and lots of gorgeous outdoor enjoyment.

The Crick House

Our Cabin has become know as "The Crick House". The Crick House is situated about 100 yards from the historic Mill Run Creek. Many people in this area use the slang word "Crick" in place of Creek. This explains why the name Crick House has come to be. The cabin sits at the end of a private driveway surrounded by woods. There is a short path allowing access to the creek or you can sit on the porch and listen to its tranquil sounds.
