There is a bedroom and bathroom downstairs, the bedroom has a great view down the fields! Upstairs there is a king size bed with a ensuite, family bathroom and 2 twin bedrooms! You have a private patio area to the rear of the cottage where the hot tub is so you can relax in peace! Also keep a look out for the barn owl!!

We are located close to the Peak District, with Chatsworth House not far away. It is surrounded by Oakerthrope Nature Reserve and is perfect for those wanting to explore Derbyshire. We live next door and there are friendly cats and a dog that live on the property. *please note Hot Tub needs to be booked BY THE GUEST DIRECTLY with ‘Midland Hot Tub Hire’ for price, to arrive at the property the day before arrival to be filled and heated by host. There are many walks from the door and 150 yards along the lane is The White Hart Inn where you will experience good food or just enjoy a well-deserved glass of wine. The Conkers delightful garden and orchard area provides a lovely spot for a relaxing drink, or perhaps some alfresco dining after a busy day exploring. There is ample off road secure parking behind automated gates.
