The carport is available first come first serve for additional parking. Located close to the river and bike paths with easy access to main roads. With a vision to restore an early 1900's hotel with a modern twist, we've created a modern funky vibe, while keeping historic elements in every unit. Bookcliff Ranch Casita

The Bookcliff Ranch Casita is on a secluded, "end of the road" 110 acre ranch a short 5 mile drive from the quaint, friendly, always active town of Fruita - a mountain biker's paradise with 100s of miles of biking & hiking trails. The Casita is close to the North Fruita Desert Trail Head's biking, hiking, horse, & OHV trails. The casita includes access to our pool. We are pet friendly with a one time $40 pet fee per stay. Trailer parking and options for horse boarding are also available.

Mulberry House

Great house with a fantastic backyard. We are 2 blocks from downtown Fruita and all the great restaurants and amenities. We have a locking shed to store your gear and bikes. Just finished remodeling and updating the entire place. We are close to 18 Road trails, Kokopelli, and Tabeguache. Under 10 miles from both entrances to the National Monument. Enjoy a beautiful hour drive to Powderhorn Ski Mountain and the Grand Mesa! The pet fee covers one dog!
