With a vision to restore an early 1900's hotel with a modern twist, we've created a modern funky vibe, while keeping historic elements in every unit. Charming, private guest suite in downtown Fruita!

A cozy and private suite (ADU) close to downtown Fruita and i-70 exit. The suite has a private entrance with keypad for self check-in. The 1br 1ba suite has mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Basically a hotel room. There is no kitchen or TV. Off-street parking is available. Shared fenced in yard for pets (shared w. host and host's friendly dog). Air-conditioned in summer. Boasting 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, including a main-floor bedroom and bath adjacent to the kitchen, it offers 2 rollaway beds and a playpen/crib. Modern amenities abound with WiFi, unique digital door locks, and ample parking. This is a smoke-free haven; kindly enjoy smoking or vaping outdoors. Events are welcome with prior approval and an additional fee—please inquire before booking.

Extremely fast WIFI. Walking distance to all the local favorites such as Camilla's Cafe, Hot Tomato, Copper Club Brewery, Best Slope Coffe, Aspen Street Coffee, Sud's Brothers, and many more. Many mountain bike trails within a few minute drives, such as 18 Road trails, kokopelli, lunch loops, and more.

Deer View Cottage

What sets us apart: We are located in a private, wooded neighborhood in the center of town on .6 of an acre. This quaint and charming cottage is fresh, clean, and super cozy. There is a private patio and section of our large yard that is for our guests and animals enjoyment. Wildlife frequents the property including deer and ducks. Guests tell us that we are in the center of it all but it is very quiet and peaceful. We allow smoking on the patio only, not inside the cottage.

Great house with a fantastic backyard. We are 2 blocks from downtown Fruita and all the great restaurants and amenities. We have a locking shed to store your gear and bikes. Just finished remodeling and updating the entire place. We are close to 18 Road trails, Kokopelli, and Tabeguache. Under 10 miles from both entrances to the National Monument. Enjoy a beautiful hour drive to Powderhorn Ski Mountain and the Grand Mesa! The pet fee covers one dog!
