Sleepover with Miniature horse Basil

Basils Barn is situated on the grounds of a 17th century manor, surrounded by a picturesque 60 acre estate. The bedroom is directly attached to Basils stable, where there is a doorway in between the two spaces. In the paddocks we also have a herd of Highland cows, Hebridean sheep, horses, pigs, chickens and Norwegian Forrest cats. Our animals are mostly rescued and all of our animals are kept strictly as pets.

Self contained annexe in a rural setting between Dry Doddington and Stubton. Nearest town is Newark with good access to A1, A17 and A46. Fresh milk, bread and butter plus a selection of cereals for diy breakfast. Tea and coffee also in cupboards. No bus service as very rural with great walks. Only microwave as no hob/cooker. Huge grass garden with picnic bench. WiFi is patchy as Satellite based from main house.

Via a picture window to the rear, you look out onto stunningly picturesque countryside as far as the eye can see and towards the front, the outlook is over our cottage-style garden with fruit trees and a generous lawn area.
