The Cottage has its own private outdoor seating & dining area, with access to a hot/cold dog wash tap. Located up a short flight of stairs, you will be welcomed with a stunning one bed, with dressing room, a sofa bed in the lounge area, shower room, fully fitted kitchen and dining area and underfloor heating throughout.

The site is set on a paddock behind the pub. There are coded modern bathrooms just for the guests, and a BBQ zone. Drop into the pub for evening meals and drinks! Lincolnshire, it is a 10 minute drive to the seaside town of Cleethorpes and the Lincolnshire wolds and the market town of Louth. The bungalow is newly decorated with new bathroom, kitchen, furniture and carpets. It features a private patio with seating and secure private gated car parking. WiFi, TV, complementary tea, coffee and snacks.

Sleeping 2, this rural getaway is perfect for those wanting to retreat from the hustle and bustle of day to day life. Relax in the hot tub and soak up the sweeping views! Woldview retreat is on the edge of the small village of Spridlington, and has open plan living, dining and sleeping, with bifold doors opening out on to a balcony showcasing the scenic views of rural Lincolnshire. These can also be enjoyed from the hot tub. Maximum 2 Adults. No infants or children. No pets.

"A charming two-bedroom holiday cottage converted from a hayloft, suitable for four people" Tastefully furnished with a contemporary style, this two-bedroom holiday cottage comes complete with one kingsize pillowtop divan bed and two single divan beds. The cottage has its own dedicated high-speed WiFi, a modern bathroom with a rain shower and bath plus a well-equipped modern kitchen with a dining table, oven, hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher.

The Old Bakery

Built around 1847 the Old Bakery has been many things. A butchers, a shop, a Blacksmiths. it has a charming and chequered history which is reflected in its character. Village location. 2 pubs, both that serve great food. 2x General stores. Larger shops within 15 mins. Lots of walking in the local area across the Wolds (AOAB). Beach (year round dog friendly) a short drive away. Louth nearby (foodie heaven) with a regular market and independent retailers.

The Paddock - an incredibly spacious bungalow

An extraordinarily spacious bungalow with period cottage features - inglenook fireplace, lots of brickwork and beams - despite being a relatively young property (built 2000). There is an excellent flow to the property and feels like a very sociable place to be, it is very well equipped, cosy and warm. Extensive outdoor patio and parking areas. We are extremely proud of our property and want our guests to enjoy it as much as we have.
