Our Little Guest House

Quaint gambrel styled smaller home with most of the amenities you'd expect for a great stay at a great price! This house is tucked behind my shop and is very private and secure. It offers availability to large groups when coupled with 'The White House', our other Airbnb rental. Great beach combing, silver fishing just 10 miles away, Kassiks Brewery is nearby, North Peninsula Recreation Center offers a great pool, playground, etc. We are 19 miles from Kenai, 10 miles from Captain Cook State Park.

Take it easy at this tranquil getaway with amazing views of the Cook Inlet and Alaska Mountain Range volcanoes. Convenient location right off Oil Well Road about 500 yards away from the Cabin Hoppers parking lot. Perfect for 2 or 3 (there is a tremble bed) and an additional cot. Propane heater, lights and camp stove. Cookware, dishes, and 5 gallons of spring water. All the rustic amenities; outhouse, wood stove, off grid! Summer or winter, make this your base for enjoying the Caribou Hills !

Enjoy this truly charming Alaska cabin with mountain views. This cabin is fully stocked and just 1 mile from the river and 3 miles to the beach. This house offers 3 bedrooms, and 2 full baths, with 2 additional sleeper chairs. A work space is also offered in the loft, a bbq on the front porch to grill up your freshly caught salmon, also Freezer access. This is a non-smoking , non vaping , no party’s allowed. No pets allowed. Quiet hours are 10pm-7am Starlink internet

Oscar's Oasis is a fully restored 1958 Spartan Imperial Villa. Take a step back in time with this one bedroom one bathroom fully equipped aluminum gem that was built in Oklahoma and brought up the Alcan to Alaska during the pipeline boom. You'll feel like you're walking into 1958. A four year complete renovation brings us to our 10'x45' beauty with all the modern day comforts of home.
