The room is furnished with a comfortable double bed (200 x 160 cm) featuring memory foam mattresses, two bedside tables, a chest of drawers, two wardrobes, a work corner with a desk, an armchair, and a 40'' LED TV. It has a balcony overlooking Viale dell'Università and the Secretary of Air Force building, a prime example of Italian Rational Architecture. The bathroom offers a shower with endless hot water, a design stone basin supported by a wooden sculpture, and sanitary ware. It is equipped with toiletries, a hairdryer, slippers, and towels. Io e Peach, la mia piccola maltese, vi ospitiamo in una dependance privata con accesso da un giardino tranquillo e riparato dal rumore della strada. Molti ospiti lo vivono come un piccolo angolo segreto di relax nel cuore del quartiere Flaminio. Lo spazio è compatto, indipendente e pensato per due persone, lontano dal caos del centro storico ma ben collegato. Il design moderno e l'atmosfera raccolto lo rendono più simile a un piccolo studio contemporaneo che a un appartamento tradizionale.

Monuments accessibles 15 min à pieds, boutiques, restaurants. Metro A 300 m, bus, taxi 100m.

1 minute from Piazza Navona on the 3d floor of a historic Palazzo (16th century) waits for you a bright, quiet room with king-size double bed and private bathroom. Guests have complete privacy. No elevator, no television, no kitchen. Note on reason of Corona /Covid-19: our Bed&Breakfast has the same characteristics of a hotel accommodation. You only share the small entrance room with the flat owners and are therefore completely independent from the rest of the flat!

La sistemazione consente di trovarsi vicini al centro storico ma lontani da folla e rumori. Il quartiere, oltre a contare cinque importanti musei, offre molte occasioni per apprezzare la cucina locale.

Home by the Dome

From my B&B you have a stunning view of St.Peter's dome! There is a very comfortable double bed & private bathroom. There are also two cats, Wolfie and LolaLola, lurking in the rest of the apartment. With a 7 minute walk you get to the Vatican, and in 15 to the center. Check in before 10pm, please :). I am a registered B&B with the local authorities – QA/2021/12704.

Il bagno è ben attrezzato, il rivestimento della doccia e delle pareti è in resina per maggior igiene.

La stanza è molto confortevole, dotata di aria condizionata e riscaldamento. Include un letto nuovo (160x200), luci calde, tende oscuranti e un reggivaligia. Il bagno è attrezzato con doccia, bidet, saponi, asciugacapelli, carta igienica e asciugamani di varie dimensioni disponibili per ogni persona.

We are in the characteristic Flaminio neighbourhood, very close to Piazza del Popolo, Villa Borghese, San Pietro and also at a stone’s throw from the river Tiber. Nearby there is a fruit and vegetable market, lots of shops and a variety of local restaurants and cafes.
