We are just north of downtown Houston and 1/2 mile (4 min) away from White Oak Music Hall. Ride shares are never more than a few minutes away. There is free on-site parking with a private driveway secured with an automatic gate. The Metro light-rail is only 2 blocks away and provides direct access to U of H Downtown, Downtown, Midtown, Medical Center, NRG Stadium, and more. The house, located in the backyard of our main residence, is approx 600 sqft with a bedroom, living room and a full kitchen with a small fridge. The apartment has been updated with new flooring, paint, furnishings, cold AC, etc. It is located behind the main house in a separate building with a private entrance and a parking area for use by guests. Guests have access to the backyard of the main home. No loud behavior out of consideration for neighbors. Several convenience stores within walking distance. 0.6 miles to beach.

The apartment is located on the side of the main house with off-street parking and a private gate/entrance to access the apartment. Self check-in after 3:00pm with coded door lock.

GVR02757 2 Bed 1 Bath apt. above the garage behind our house in the East End Historic District. The apt is completely separate from our house and is not occupied below. It has one bedroom with a king bed and another bedroom with a queen bed. Fully stocked kitchen with coffee, tea, creamer and a few snacks and just about everything you need for cooking meals. Just blocks from Historic Downtown Strand area, UTMB, restaurants and one mile from the Beach.
