This is a carriage house, located behind our home that was built in 1910. The backyard space is ENTIRELY PRIVATE to our guests while you are here! We are located right in the center of the Island. We are less than a mile from the beach, and downtown. Located on one of Galveston’s most beautiful historic streets. Ave O. Which is a one way street that travels from the east to the west end of the Island. Park here for free if your going on a cruise! I’ll take you to the cruise ship & pick you up.

BEACHFRONT beauty: 3 bedroom/2 baths & fully fenced yard. Sleeps 12. Master has 1 king-sized bed, guest room has 2 queen size beds, the bunk room has 2 twin over full bunk beds. All rooms have smart tvs for your steaming needs! The large gated deck has ample seating and unobstructed views. The downstairs area features a custom bar with seating, large family picnic table and an outdoor shower. There is also a grill and fish cleaning station. Provide both satellite TV and WiFi. DOG FRIENDLY!!!

This beautiful Greek Revival style home is located 3 blocks from the beach and close to the Strand. The story of the house is told in a brief documentary on YouTube entitled “The Amazing History of Galveston's 1847 Powhatan House.”
