Our beautifully converted barn is ideally located in the picturesque village of Ruston. Set within a stunning Grade II listed farmstead, just 50 metres from the edge of the North York Moors National Park & with easy access of coastal walks, beaches & market towns including Whitby, Pickering, Filey, Cayton & Malton. Stylishly & comfortably furnished, the ground floor is roomy & open plan with a wood burner & under floor heating. The mezzanine bedroom has a super comfortable King size bed & bath.

The Owlery at Mill Farm

Recently converted, the Owlery is the perfect self-catered rural escape for couples. With its double height vaulted ceiling and full height double aspect windows the open plan kitchen living diner offers a light and airy space to unwind and enjoy the view of surrounding fields. The bedroom has a Kingsize bed, Egyptian cotton sheets and En-Suite shower room. The Bathroom offers complimentary Bramley products and cotton bathrobes. Both areas are underfloor heated. There is a private garden.

Country Cottage close to the sea

Lavender Cottage is a spacious two bedroomed country cottage with access to open countryside walks and spectacular views but a short walk to the seashore. Having views over farmland the cottage sits on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park with access to a right of way across fields. Scarborough town centre and the twin bays with sandy beaches are within easy reach combining seaside attractions with stunning countryside for walking, cycling, picnics and friendly places to eat

Serendipity

Serendipity is one of three hand crafted wooden Shepherds Cabins, located on a working farm in the heart of Dalby Forest. (See Serenity and Dahlia Cabins on separate listings.) We're ideally situated just off the popular cycle routes and activity centres. The cozy en-suite cabin features a comfortable king size bed, fridge, heating, a gas BBQ on the covered veranda and continental breakfast. This luxurious cabin offers wonderful panoramic views in a tranquil setting. The perfect escape!

Sleeping up to 4 ( king & super-king/2 singles) with dogs welcome, The Barn at Flaxston Gill is a rural idyll and the perfect getaway location for those seeking peace and tranquillity. The Barn is well equipped throughout – fine linens in the bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen (including climate-controlled wine storage). Free wi-fi, a bluetooth sound system and smart TV. Outside is a part-walled, sandstone patio with table and chairs and a large field which you are welcome to access.

The accommodation is Adults only and has been transformed into a private luxurious studio apartment with its own outside patio which is part of an old school that offers a relaxing base with ample parking ideal for couples on a romantic break solo adventurers or business travellers or Golfers as it is overlooks the famous Ganton Golf Course

This recently renovated annexe offers a relaxing base in a semi-rural location. Ideal for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. With its intriguing glass topped well in the floor of the main living area. the Lodge offers a king size double bed (5ft width). There is also a travel cot and high chair if required, please request these on booking.

Including Scarborough, Bridlington, Filey, Whitby, also york,Malton , Beverly, Yorkshire moors, and RSPB bempton cliffs. Spend your days walking on the beach or moors and wolds, then enjoy a drink at our village pub, then back to the cottage to sit by the log burner.
