The search for a beach getaway is over. We are located in the family friendly beach town of Garden City. Located 1/2 mile north of Garden City pier, and two miles south of the Surfside Pier. There are stunning ocean and marsh views. Mornings can be spent on the balcony watching the gorgeous sunrise over the Atlantic ocean, while evenings you can watch sunsets over the marsh. Our condo is vacation ready with a fully stocked kitchen and has a family friendly layout for up to 5 guests.

With expansive composite decking/seating area and huge inground pool for all to enjoy. Unit 204 was completely remodeled in 2023!!!
