No loud neighbors or disturbance. It is located right next to the First Point Launch Ramp. Bring your boat and launch right there !! Sit on your deck in the evenings, watch the orange sunset cross the lake, enjoy the fire and tranquility! It's still camping , just a soft landing when you're ready to shut the day off(:

Garden City Sweet Spot!

You'll have the main level of the home, including a wrap-around deck and lots of parking. Easy access to "downtown" Garden City, Pickleville Playhouse, and Ideal Beach. We are a pet-friendly home for 2025 (this will be changing in the fall of 2025) Great for creative retreats, getaways, families, digital nomads, and vacationers; not the right place for partying. Smoking is prohibited, and the HOA noise ordinance is enforced. *Walkout basement apartment is a separate rental unit*

It’s a 5 minute drive to the beach, ten min drive to restaurants, 15 min to the marina, and 3 min to Bear Lake Golf Course. Drive right off the property to recreational trails.
