Unsere frisch renovierte und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete 2-Zimmer-Ferienwohnung im Dachgeschoss bietet auf 60 qm für bis zu vier Erwachsene Raum zum Leben und Wohlfühlen. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet, inklusive Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein Sofa (Sofabett) und ein Flatscreen-TV. Überdachter Süd-Balkon. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett (200x200). Zweites Schlafzimmer mit einem Einzelbett und ein modernes Badezimmer, großzügige Dusche.

Die neu renovierte und liebevoll ausgestattete Wohnung mit traumhaftem, unverbautem Bergblick auf Alpspitze und das Zugspitzmassiv bietet auf 60qm viel Platz für einen entspannten Urlaub in den Bergen und ist der perfekte Ort für Paare, eine kleine Familie oder Freunde bis zu 4 Personen. Die Wohnung liegt in optimaler Lage für viele Aktivitäten im Sommer und im Winter und ist fußläufig in ca. 12 Min vom Garmischer Zentrum entfernt. Die Bergbahnen sind in nur wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Wir freuen uns Euch als Gäste in unserer 1-Zimmerwohnung am Waldrand begrüßen zu dürfen. Die kleine Wohnung Waldeck hat eine gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile, eine Essecke mit TV, ein 1,80 m breites Boxspringbett und eine Dusche mit WC. WLAN steht kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Der Hauseingang ist ebenerdig, dann geht man eine Treppe hinunter. Die Fewo, mit einer 18 qm großen Terrasse und Sitzmöbel, liegt dann auch ebenerdig, da unser Haus am Hang liegt. Die Kurtaxe kommt zum Endpreis noch dazu.

Wir haben für Sie eine Schlüsselbox, damit Sie jederzeit selbständig einchecken können. Im Haus sind keine weiteren Gäste. Wir wohnen in der Nähe, deswegen ist jederzeit jemand für Sie da, wenn Sie Unterstützung brauchen. Hier mitten in den Alpen und des Naturschutzgebietes Natura 2000 genießen Sie die Ruhe und Erholung mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick auf die Berge und auf einen idyllischen See. Apartment Nowotschin

Cosy one-bedroom apartment on the first floor (one up from the ground floor) in a house located in a quiet street between the center of Garmisch and the Hausberg area. The flat has a north and a south balcony. Guests may make use of one underground parking space. Personal informations (name, adress, date of birth, etc.) have to be given for GaPa-Tourist office by us. Pets are very welcome, but dogs are not allowed to stay alone in the flat if they are barking.

Die Wohnung Moariga besteht aus einem großen Wohn/Essbereich mit Schlafcouch und Flat-TV, einem Schlafzimmer mit Kleiderschrank, komplett eingerichtete Küche, Flur mit Garderobe und einem tollen Bad mit Dusche.
