Ft private cabin was built in 2023 and is nestled in the woods overlooking the river. Just minutes from the trendy small town of Belmont, w/ popular restaurants, pubs and boutiques. 5 min to Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens, 15 min to the National Whitewater Center, 30 min to uptown Charlotte. Our home and apartment are on a 4 acre wooded lot located just outside Kings Mountain in a quiet subdivision. It's a great place to walk or bike ride. We're located 25 miles from Charlotte International Airport, 5 miles from I85 and 75 miles from Asheville, NC. The apartment is attached to our home with a connecting breezeway. It has a private entrance, screened porch, ceiling fans and parking area.
