The Guest House

The Guest House is a primitive cottage and resides on 400 acres outside of Barnesville, Georgia. Bunn Ranch is a working cattle and sheep farm. This space is a two story primitive cottage with primitive artwork and a claw foot tub. Sit in your choice of antique rockers that have been collected over the years. The floors and stairs were salvaged from an old home that was here on the farm. Surrounded by rolling hills and close to town, come enjoy some time for YOU! We will consider STR students.

Cottage at Sanctuaire Atelier -cozy, nature escape

The Cottage at Sanctuaire Atelier is a romantic, European style retreat with an eclectic mix of antiques & boho accents. Nestled on 12 acres, you can cozy up by the indoor fireplace/outdoor firepit, stargaze, read in the patio rocking chairs, work comfortably in a peaceful oasis, or take nature walks. We specialize in unique experiences customized for your trip! Wine, desserts, charcuterie, photoshoot, dinner, wedding - please inquire about pricing. We also have another property onsite!

Plenty of privacy & quiet space. Our modern farmhouse styled space is sure to make your stay cozy and enjoyable. Come and relax with plenty of board games to play, your favorite series on Netflix or Prime to watch, or curl up on our outdoor swing bed and read a book. Enjoy the outdoors with full private access to the pool (open seasonally), an outdoor fire place, and a new hot tub and walking trails to enjoy the outdoors. We DO live onsite and may spend time behind the barn in our shops.

Located in Historic downtown Senoia, this recently constructed apartment is just 300 yards from Senoia's main street with restaurants, boutique shops & the world-famous 'Alexandria' set of The Walking Dead. Luxurious apartment above garage featuring a full kitchen, great room with queen sleeper sofa, private bedroom with walk-in closet and stacked washer dryer. High Speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, high end appliances & independent HVAC controls. Even zombies need their creature comforts.

Quiet Guest House

Enjoy our quiet, lovely guest home. This 1 bedroom (1 king bed) 1 full bath house come with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and washer/dryer. One TV in the living room, wifi, cable and ceiling fans throughout the house. Entire house has laminate flooring (no carpet). The back yard is equipped with a small table and chairs for smokers. Guest access You will enjoy the convenience of keyless entry and parking in the driveway.

We call it 'Rockaway Hideaway'.At the end of a tree lined drive,a hidden gem tucked away in a forest.There's 2 great decks. One for enjoying the morning quiet and the second has a gas grill and patio set,perfect for sunset meals.Our home was remodeled in 2020. Inside has beautiful,modern decor.There's a large,open kitchen,dining and sitting area for gathering.All new appliances and amenities for enjoying great meals together.Bathrooms are also all new.

Meadowview Cottage at Historic Brookfield Estate

This historic cottage, nestled among the 17 acre Brookfield Estate, echoes a much slower pace & lifestyle. Travel the tree lined drive towards the bubbling fountain & the main house. This cozy cottage is 1 of 2 charming guest cottages. Both with kitchens, bedrooms & baths. A carriage house barn is yours to enjoy meals, play cards & listen to music. Sit around the bon fire in rocking chairs to share s’mores, watch the sunset & gaze at stars!

Shanty in the Woods

In the country but close to everything. 2 min from I-185; 4 min from I-85. 1 hr. from Atlanta airport or Auburn. 45 min from Columbus. Unit is private comfortable rustic Studio Apartment with bath, for 1 or 2 ppl - (1 queen bed). Pool out front door! We live in separate log house next door - where 1 bedroom (queen) @ $35 is usually available for ADDITIONAL guests in YOUR party. Brkfst sometimes available for a fee by request.

Garden Flat with in unit W/D, Lake access

Garden Flat – No steps Cozy studio with private keyless entry on lake front property at the end of a cul-de-sac. It is a self-contained unit in our carriage house with your own bathroom, washer/dryer and mini dry kitchen. Please note …there is a living space above the unit with 2 occupants and their service dog IRoh so there may be some foot noise and barking during the day. The TV is “smart". NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
