This is a charming loft that is next to our 1896 renovated historical home. You will enjoy this freshly redesigned cozy homestead. It lies hidden within the historic district of a quaint little town incorporated in 1860, and you will find it just outside of Atlanta in Coweta County. Grand in its simplicity, Senoia is a destination for those who seek to decompress from a modern, fast-paced lifestyle or escape it altogether. Film enthusiasts can tour famous movie and tv spots with delicious eats.

Natalie's Magnolia Cottage

This is a small farmhouse built in 1895! Freshly updated decor and furniture, enjoy our charming little cottage in the country. There is 1 bedroom with a queen bed and en suite bathroom. The living area has a pull out sleeper sofa and sleeper loveseat and a blow up mattress on legs. The front hall has a twin and trundle bed. There is a second bathroom in the living area. A kitchenette with coffee pot, convection toaster oven, microwave, refrigerator and large dining table for meals or to work.

With mostly original finishings, the cottage provides a very rustic, woodsy appeal, complete with original, if not slightly uneven charmingly creaky floors, lots of beautiful trees and leaves, and many lovely birds and critters. Sit around the bon fire in rocking chairs to share s’mores, watch the sunset & gaze at the stars!

We call it 'Rockaway Hideaway'.At the end of a tree lined drive,a hidden gem tucked away in a forest.There's 2 great decks. One for enjoying the morning quiet and the second has a gas grill and patio set,perfect for sunset meals.Our home was remodeled in 2020. Inside has beautiful,modern decor.There's a large,open kitchen,dining and sitting area for gathering.All new appliances and amenities for enjoying great meals together.Bathrooms are also all new.
