In the heart of Paris's 13th district, we are your host in his town house on Paris's left Bank.The Paris Bed & Breakfast is a place of warm and welcoming hospitality which is opened all year round.We welcome you into our luminous, warm and friendly home, a place both charming and discrete, in a quiet residential area.The room "Rive Gauche" at the first floor is 13 square meters.The room may be suitable for 2 persons if your suitcases are not too bulky .Baudelaire will help you get to sleep.

Cette suite de 45m2 totalement privative est composée d’une chambre avec terrasse réservée à nos voyageurs, d’une salle de douche très tendance et d’une belle pièce à vivre avec vue sur le jardin. Le lit est un lit 140×190 pour 2 personnes Un lit d’appoint (à l’étage ) est à demander et facturé 25€. Un panier « petit déjeuner » avec pain frais et confitures vous sera déposé chaque matin. Le village offre toutes les commodités et invite au tourisme régional. !! Pas de kitchenette !!

Dream Villa on a Private Island with Spa & Sauna

LA VIE SAGE is an entire luxurious house on a private island on the Seine river to enjoy absolute calm in the heart of nature, only 25 minutes from Paris. ACCESSIBLE ONLY BY BOAT. The house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room with an open kitchen and a chimney, a garden and an 80m2 terrace equipped with a hot tub and sauna to admire the dazzling sunsets over the Seine. The house is fully equipped: underfloor heating, air conditioning, kitchen, WIFI, TV, connected lights.

The Painter's House - BED & BREAKFAST

All the second floor is for the gests (55m²) : you can live in a place almost independant ... including 1 room with one double bed (or 2 individual beds) and private bathroom, and 1 artist studio transormed into livingroom with one bed for another guest (+ 50€).The bathroom is shared. Breakfast is served downstairs, in the morning at the requested time and is included in the price of the room. The hosts Erik and Dominique live on the second floor. There is also cas that live with them

CHAMBRE CHEZ L'HABITANT Chambre composée d’un lit 140x190cm, ainsi qu’une salle de bain. Idéal pour les transferts : Aéroport Roissy CDG (15min), journée au Parc Astérix (10 min), parc des expo Villepinte (20min) ou la visite de notre capitale (30 min). La gare RER D de Louvres à 3,5 kms. Petit-déjeuner sur demande. Navette gare de Louvres et/ou aéroport possible sur demande en supplément de 5€ à 40€ selon la destination. Je reste disponible pour toute demande, n’hésitez pas 🤗

We can see the Eiffel Tower from the dining room... Possibility offered to guests of the room with terrace to rent a small adjacent room to accommodate a child over 10 years old (55€/night) Important ... Agréable chambre à Gournay

Maman vivant avec mes 2 enfants et un petit chien très gentil, je loue une chambre de 9 m2. La chambre est composée d’un lit convertible de 1 à 2 personnes, d’un bureau et d’une étagère. Vous aurez accès à la salle d’eau, à la cuisine, au séjour et au jardin. Les draps et les serviettes sont fournis. Le thé et le café sont à disposition. Ma maison se situe dans une résidence clôturée , à 5 minutes à pied de l’arrêt de bus en centre-ville.
