Brand new, comfortable and classy, with a library-staircase which is not only an eyecatcher. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Sunny terrace! We called our gem "LaCasitaBelMundo”, just adding the dot Gent, to get the full picture.

The Green Studio owes its name to the many green elements that can be found there. The studio is equipped with all the necessities to guarantee you a great stay!

De gezellige en veilige buurt biedt een 7/7 supermarkt, winkels, bars, restaurants, nachtwinkel (allen op 1 min) en een groen stadspark met speeltuin in de onmiddelijke omgeving. Het appartement omvat 2 mooie slaapkamers, 1 met dubbel bed en 1 met twee enkele bedden. Er is een volwaardig plooibed en een zetelbed op de overloop. Het appartement heeft een afzonderlijk toilet, een praktische badkamer met inloopdouche en dubbele wastafel. Er is een handige berging met was-en strijkfaciliteiten.

Burgstraat 17 is an old Patrician house constructed in 1515. Later the house was split in 2 houses and became neglected for many years. In 2019 we started the renovation, with as only purpose, to keep the soul and respect the history and grandeur of the original house. Its exceptional history, unique architecture and central position made it worth doing so. Tears, joy and a lot of work resulted in the place where you are right now. We hope you enjoy and respect this place as much as we do.

Situated in a quiet neighbourhood between UZ, de Sterre and Gent St-Pieters railway station; tram stop around the corner (line 3 towards Gent railway station and Gent city centre). Flexible check-in (contact the host) Public parking nearby. Ghent St-Pieters Station is 15 min. away on foot. If you want a pleasant stay in the most beautiful city of Flanders, I would say don't hesitate... this is the perfect base!

De studio werd net helemaal gerestaureerd en is erg gezellig ingericht en voorzien van alle faciliteiten om uw verblijf aangenaam te maken. Dicht bij de tram en ook parking op enkele meters. Verschillende winkels en restaurants in de buurt.
