Top floor apartment with ocean view - in Hellerup

The best thing about this 140 sqm. big apartment is the space and the light. Nature on one side, and the buzzing city on the other. We LOVE living here. Located in the heart of Hellerup city - 15 minuts from the center of Copenhagen by car and only 8 minutes by train. Hellerup is a beautiful little harbour village, with stunning old buildings, café's, restaurants, shopping and 2 great beaches. We welcome all nationalities, religions, sexual preferences and of course families with children.

Luxury villa of 400 m2, 5BR, large sunny terrasse, outside dining and large garden. In beautifull Hellerup - close to city center, tourist attractions, nice beaches, play grounds and green areas. Easy quick transport to city center. Ground and 1st floor have 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (325 m2), easily fitting 2 families. But the villa also has an apartment below (staircase inside house) with 1 bedroom (sleeping 2-4), bathroom and living-/dining room, if you are 2 families and wish extra privacy.

Fantastic apartment in a very exclusive area, 10 km north of downtown CPH. Large apartment (114 sq meters), with lovely seaview. There is a fully equiped newly renovated kitchen with combined dining room, living room, 2 x kids room/beds, bedroom with doublebed. possibility to unfold bed in children's room, so there is total space for 5 people. Relax in the beautiful surroundings of Northern Copenhagen. Only 10 km from Central Copenhagen. 3 minutes walk from the train station taking you to central Copenhagen in 15 minutes every 10 minutes. 10 minutes walk from the Bellevue beach and Dyrehaven with the beautiful woods and fauna and the world renowned fun fair Dyrehavsbakken. Ordrupvej is a quiet yet bustling street with shops and cafées. Free parking behind the building or round the corner of Holmegaardsvej.

For the big family in affluent Charlottenlund

Our house is situated in the affluent Skovshoved area. It was totally refurbished 2 years ago. Very close to the sea, Copenhagen and Dyrehaven. Have a stroll at the lovely Skovshoved harbour where you can enjoy a meal or drinks. The train station is 8 mins walk, and it takes 12 mins to get to Copenhagen city center. Suitable for families with trampoline, swings and sandpit in the garden.

Classic villa with large terrace, third house from the sea, on one of Denmarks most attractive streets next to Hellerup habour and beach, just off Hellerup shopping/restaurant-street and only 6 km from Copenhagen city center. The house was completely renovated in 2015.
