Relax and find peacefulness with the whole family. Enjoy my lovely and cosy well lived in home which is the first floor and the light and liveable basement. I have lovely neighbours on the second floor who have their own separate entrance and balcony. They do not have access to the garden. Please note this is a non smoking house as my children live here too. My cats are friendly and at ease with strangers. Please know that my house is not an expensive hotel and it's my home with my children (;

Mit lille skæve træhus, vil give Jer mulighed for ro - Slap af i denne unikke og hyggelige bolig. I vil have Dyrehaven, Bellevue strand og Klampenborg station i få minutters gåafstand - og dermed være i centrum af København med alle dens kunstmuseer og fristelser på 15 min med Kystbanetoget. Min frodige have og skønne træterrasse er oplagt til stille stunder og div hygge med ell uden markisens skygge. Endvidere rummer mit hus, masser af ældre hyggelig indretning + træterrasse også på 1.sal.

A perfect house for a family and friends gathering with 5 bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers (one bathroom ensuit) and one toilet. Two of the bedrooms have king size beds (180x200cm) and the rest of the rooms have small dobble beds (140x200cm). We also have two really good mattresses for those who don’t wish to share. Fantastisk mulighed for a hygge sig både inde og ude med hele familien. Udearealet består af en stor terrasse, sofaarrangement, spisebord, loungemøbler, træningsrum og swimmingpool + spa. Swimmingpoolen er opvarmet til 28 grader og spaen 38, så uanset vejret, så kan man hygge i timevis. Indenfor er der god plads til at spille, hygge eller se en god film i det store åbne køkken- og stueområde. Tre værelser i stueplan og derudover værelse + krearum og udklædningsområde i underetagen.

In our house, you can relax in the living rooms, have breakfast on the veranda, and grill in the southwest-facing garden.
